reflecta A3 Super Slim Overview

This A3 LED Light Pad from reflecta allows you to view your photo slides in detail without removing them from their sleeves, and assists in copying designs with the use of tracing paper. It is designed to be slim and compact, with a thickness of only 0.3" that allows you to carry it in bags or rest it on most surfaces without any problems.

A viewing area of 17.3 x 11.4" allows you to fit several 35mm slides at once. Rated for approximately 50,000 hours of use, the LED light is powered by an included AC adapter and can be dimmed with the use of a power button.

I have the A3 size and love it. The dimming feature I don't use a lot, but it does come in handy at times. If you need a light pad, this is the one. High quality all the way.

Better than expected! Very clean uniform light across the pad you can dim. With this A3 size you can check at once two archival sleeves of 20 slides, very convenient. Highly recommended.

You can certainly use the reflecta A3 to illuminate transparencies, slides, and negatives. You just need a camera to capture.

Would one be able to use this light pad to trace ...

Would one be able to use this light pad to trace accurate sketches onto 140 lb and 300 lb weight watercolor paper?

The reflecta A3 LED Light Pad will work with tracing paper but 300lb seems very thick. So might not be transparent enough for tracing.
