The red Water-Resistant Hard Case with Second Skin from HPRC is a lightweight, unbreakable case with an ergonomic handle and a steel pin. The valve adjusts the air pressure automatically, while the internal O-ring made of neoprene PA66 makes the suitcase water-resistant. The opening / closing system prevents the hooks from opening in the case of a fall.

I read reviews asking if the C100MKII would work and was miss-lead. It does not fix the MKII. I had to remove some of the filling to make it work, however the case still didnt work where I was able to close it. It was not deep enough. I ended up using it in a larger case I had for an old Canon XL1 so that it can close. and I use this case for my XF405, with the use of other fills I had. So if you want for the C100MKII do not buy. other than that, the case is hard and sturdy. I made it work for me.

Is there a manner/way to rig a shoulder strap on to the case?
Unfortunately, the HPRC 2600F HPRC Hard Case with Foam does not have lugs or attachment points for attaching a shoulder strap to the case.

Does anyone have accurate internal dimensions? ...
Does anyone have accurate internal dimensions? B&H says 18.99" x 14.1" x 8.57", HPRC says 18.99" x 14.1" x 7.8". The first two are perfect for my needs. If 8.57" is correct, it's perfect, if it's 7.8" instead, it's too small.
Here are detailed dimensions for the following HPRC case.
Dimension:
internal dimension: 482,4x358,3x217,6(mm) - 18.99x14.1x8.57(in)
external dimension: 546,9x426,8x250,7(mm) - 21.53x16.8x9.87(in)
lid: 46(mm) - 1.81(in) bottom: 172(mm) - 6.77(in)
Weight:
empty: 6,05kg - 13.34lbs
with cubed foam: 6,97kg - 15.37lbs

Small enough to be legal as an air travel carry-on bag?
updated ATA compliant dimensions are 22 x 18 x 10. This case should be fine to carry on but I have not tested this myself.
