The URSA Mini Pro B4 Mount from Blackmagic Design is a replacement mount for use on the URSA Mini Pro. This mount enables using your ENG-style B4 mount HD lens on your URSA Mini Pro. The mount incorporates corrective optics that enable the use of a lens designed to work on a camera with three sensors and a prism, on the URSA Mini Pro, which is a single-sensor camera, without the image suffering from optical degradation.

does this mount work with the 2/3 canon/fujinon HD lens(like 42x, 77x, j11)?
Yes. We have used it with the HA42x, XA77, and HJ11x4.7, however, you do need to use the 2x extender (to make a B4 lens cover the 35mm sensor - there are no optica to this adapter). With the light and resolution lose in this process, it gets pretty nasty. You can do it, but in my experiences, a B4 1080p camera (even a mediocre one like an HPX3100 or F900R) yields a sharper less noisy image.

Will this physically mount/work on the URSA 12k? I understand that even in the window mode (s16 Crop) there would be vingetting but I'm wondering if I'll be able to get an image that I can then crop in further in post.

is a 2/3 B4 Mount.

Will a 2/3 Canon SD lens with B4 mount work with the Ursa Mini Pro with this adapter? If so, is any image quality lost?
Yes they will but purchase late SD lenses like the Fujinon A13x6.3, Fujinon A10x4.8, Canon J11x4.3 and similar.HD B4 lenses are the SAME quality optics as those above only with additional coatings to reduce flare and chromatic aberration.

Is there any crop factor when using a 2/3 lens and this B4 mount? I can't find anything definitive from Black Magic or the lens manufacturers.
You have to engage the lens's 2x extender to make it cover the entire sensor (a 2-stop loss).

The LETUS 1/3" PRO RELAY LENS is not a product that we sell at this time. However we do know that it works with cameras that have a 1/3" sensor, this adapter is for 2/3" B4 lenses. They are not compatible. You will not be able to use both products.

1) does this mount work on new URSA MINI PRO 12k camera ?(its showing in the suggested accessories with URSA MINI 12k camera listing then it should be , but when I asked the same question there someone replied that this mount doesnt work with Ursa Mini 12k, if that's the right answer then why its showing in suggesting accessories of this cameras listing ?)
2) I have in B4 mount, Zeiss Digi Prime Lenses kit, will those lenses work with this mount on URSA MINI 12 or other Ursa Mini models ?
3) what's the maximum resolution I can get on Ursa Mini 12k using my Zeiss Digi primes B4 lenses through this B4 mount? will I get 4K ?

This adapter does not go onto the URSA Mini Pro 12K. The camera has a PL mount, and in order to put a B4 lens on it, you will need this adapter: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/854170-REG/mtf_services_ltd_mtb4pl_b4_2_3_to_arri.html. Keep in mind that this adapter can only be used on B4 2/3" lenses with built-in 2x extender engaged, HD lenses recommended.
