Since it is digital video, you can see quickly if the flange focal depth is correct. If not, you will use the shim set to get it correct. Going back to the EF should be about the same effort. Also the more you do it, the more facile you will get.

What kind of screwdriver I need to install this on camera?

How much weight can this mount support?
This will hold any cinema prime lens under 100mm. Once you get into large telephoto primes or large zoom lenses, you must use a lens support.
