I have been a customer of B&H for over twenty years. In September I made an order and they were delivered in three packages. One package was supposed to contain two Elinchrom umbrellas, but I received a GE refrigerator part instead. I brought that package to FEDX and I checked on B&H and that package was still not delivered. So I waited patiently thinking a supply issue was holding things up. Now B&H says I waited too long to ask about the order and I am out the money. I know I will never purchase anything from B&H Photo Video again. Horrific customer service. That is not how you treat a loyal customer!
