Providing one year of coverage, this manufacturer protection plan includes accidental damage protection. Replace damaged drones up to two times during the protection plan's duration. And, thanks to free two-way shipping, you'll be back in the air in no time.

Please note that a replacement fee is required for product replacement. The first replacement fee is $209; the second is $329.

To ensure that you can enjoy the service normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.
Product Replacement
If damage occurs to the product during normal use or from an accident, after completing the replacement service process, you can obtain a functional product from DJI. Please note that a replacement fee is required for product replacement.

I receive the inspire 2 with all the kit. But I still waiting for the Care Refresh email. The drone is activated already for more than 48 hrs and still can't activate the care refresh. What can I do ?

Please contact DJI customer support for assistance in this. Note that even in a worst case scenario, aircrafts already activated for longer than 48 hours will still be able to be used in conjunction with DJI Care Refresh. DJI CS will have more information about this.
