Each Care Refresh covers damage to either unit and is valid for 1 year. The Care Refresh program offers up to 2 full replacements at additional charge if accidental damage occurs to your unit. Each time you request a replacement, you'll receive a unit that is new or equivalent-to-new in performance and reliability.
