Fits the camera just right, and it yields infinity focus. The only quibble is that it’s a little tight when mounting/unmounting lenses to the adapter, but that may improve over time.

The two answers from B&H and Fotodiox are wrong. The GFX sensor is LARGER than full frame, so the crop factor widens the lens INCREASING the field of view, not narrowing it, like it does with an APS-C to FF crop factor. The crop factor for the GFX system to achieve full frame equivalents is 0.79. (Just like the native Fuji GFX lenses crop factor.) Focal length is focal length, regardless of format.

Do any of the auto functions work like aperture stop down, or is that even needed with the GFX100S body?

Bought this adapter totally fine with running ...

Bought this adapter totally fine with running everything on manual... unfortunately shutter will not fire. Are there maybe specific settings I'm not set to for this? Working with the Fuji GFX100s and Pentax 67 2.8

You should turn on "Shoot without lens" in the camera menu.
