Would a couple of these lights work in a small video studio? They would be hanging from a small truss mounted between two walls. Thanks.

These are 200w LED so they are rather powerful. It would largely be dependent on the types of shoots and the outcome expected. Its possible they would work.

Is there any fan on these lights? if so, how loud it is?

They have an 80% max option to go fanless. You have to run the fan to go past 80%. It has a separate switch. It could pose a problem in extremely noise-sensitive shootings, but for most scenarios it would likely be no problem.
