How would this compare to an Aperture 300D? This looks like a better option for me, but is it as bright?
The Sola 4+ flood 3000LUX @ 1m, spot 32,000LUX @ 1m. The Aputure is 14,000LUX @ 1m.

No. The ARRI accessories are not compatible with the Litepanels Sola 4+ LED Fresnel Light. The ARRI accessories are manufactured from metal and are proprietary in size.
