Yes, The Canon HDU-2 handle unit has two 1/4 20 mounting points on the top as well as a shoe.

This unit is specifically for the C200 and C200B. We do not recommend it for the C300 Mark II, it may not be a proper fit.

Is this the same handle that comes with the C300 mkIII? If not, will it work with the mark3?
The Canon HDU-2 Handle Unit is designed for use with the C200/C200B but it will work with the Canon C300 Mark III.
