Able to be opened up like an umbrella, the 12 x 56" EZ-Pro Strip Softbox from Fotodiox will make set up and tear down much simpler. Able to soften and diffuse light and create beautiful long catchlights, the strip softbox is a classic modifier both in studio and on location, and this model features a heat-resistant design and sealable venting to support a variety of different types of fixtures. It uses a silver interior to maximize output and features both an inner baffle and front diffuser to produce an even quality of light, and these do not need to be removed for storage. Another customizable advantage of this softbox is the inclusion of an accessory that can transform your box into a collapsible beauty dish. This accessory can also help reduce hot spots when using a diffuser. Users can pick up an optional fabric grid, as well, to control light spill. This model comes with a rotating speed ring with locking thumbscrew which features an insert that is compatible with most Bowens lights.

FotodioX EZ-Pro Strip Reviews
Good for the price
My only complaint is they are very cool compared to my main light boxes. If paired together with a similar light box, I get great color balance. Very nice light source for product photography
Speed rings are useless! Too small!
I wish I read the other reviewer about the speed rings. He is spot on! The ring insert is too small for the speed ring plate therefore the strip softbox is constantly falling off the light source making you look like a armature with cheap equipment. Its one thing the customer is going to remember from the shoot the boxes falling off the light constantly. They only need to make the insert 2 mm bigger. My insert doesnt measure 150mm like it should at least mine doesn't I asked B&H CS for help with this issue. Waiting on a response. The boxes themselves are worth the money if you can get a well fitting ring insert.
