The quick release hold my plein air art box great. Secure & easy to use on my lil' 3 Legged Thing tripod. I've used this set up a lot over past year. And I recently ordered another for a different art set up. (Yes, use my Nikon 950 camera with it also)

The QR4 is an Arca Swiss plate (1.5" width) as long as the RRS Lever clamp matches those specs it'll be compatible, and it's a standard industry size :)

This doesn't fit my arca style siriu ball head. Should I take off the 2 security screws?
My head has recesses but I struggled to get the plate to seat evenly in the field. I removed only one screw, instead of both, and it attaches perfectly now without any need to wiggle it into place.

Am I correct that the main screw and the 2 small security screws fit Allen keys? If so, what size?
Yes, they are for Allen keys. The main screw fits 4 mm (9/64 will fit) and the security screws are 2.5 mm (3/32 will do). If you lose one, I have used 3.5mm for main and 2mm for security.
