The QR4-EQ Quick Release Plate from 3 Legged Thing is a camera plate with 1/4"-20 stainless camera screw and a rubberized anti-twist surface. It has a standard Arca-type 1.5" base and is also compatible with Peak Design Capture quick releases and devices. Two 2.5mm security screws prevent the plate from accidently slipping off the quick release clamp.

The QR4 is an Arca Swiss plate (1.5" width) as long as the RRS Lever clamp matches those specs it'll be compatible, and it's a standard industry size :)

This doesn't fit my arca style siriu ball head. Should I take off the 2 security screws?
My head has recesses but I struggled to get the plate to seat evenly in the field. I removed only one screw, instead of both, and it attaches perfectly now without any need to wiggle it into place.

Am I correct that the main screw and the 2 small security screws fit Allen keys? If so, what size?
Yes, they are for Allen keys. The main screw fits 4 mm (9/64 will fit) and the security screws are 2.5 mm (3/32 will do). If you lose one, I have used 3.5mm for main and 2mm for security.
