I bought this for a friend who bought one of My pelican casesand it works, but I bought the muchcheaper non-pelican divider for muyself and it works too.
I used this for an overseas trip where some flights within a country had extremely limited carry on weight and size limits. I had to put some equipment as checked luggage. This worked excellently to protect gear and to me was more adjustable over time and different trips than the pluck out foam block type protection. Seems to protect gear gear well as all of mine came through without problems.

These newer dividers are much thicker than previous Pelican dividers. Hold equipment much more securely and in place. I like the new yellow color also, helps me see all the equipment much easier. Black lenses, cameras, bodies etc, on black/grey dividers were sometimes difficult to see in darker locations.
