question

I would like to use this on a 70-200 f2.8L lens. Will it fit??
Asked by: WILMA O.
YES, Technically you could buy a 77-72 step down ring and purchase the 72c adapter. In that use case you may have a small amount of vignetting to deal with.

question

Regarding the Canon MT-26EX-RT Macro Twin Lite, since this unit is RT, can the heads be detached from their cords and placed on goosenecks?
Asked by: John
The heads can be detached from the bracket, but to use them they must remain connected to the cords. You can't control them wirelessly, though the unit that sits in the hot shoe can control other RT flashes.

question

From looking at the manual for the MT-26EX-RT, the unit can control other flash units (not just the included heads). Could this unit substitute for the ST-E3-RT in non-macro situations where the macro flash heads arent connected?
Asked by: Philip
This can be a substitute ST-E3-RT. It is a wireless master.

Is this compatible with the Canon EF-M 28 f/3.5 Macro IS STM lens?
Asked by: Nicole
Not natively; Canon does not make the required macrolite adapter that fits the EF-M 28mm f/3.5 macro. However, you can adapt existing adapters to the lens by using a step-up ring (43mm to 52mm or larger) for it to work.
