Designed for Gitzo equipment, the metal spikes attach to the bottom of your tripod via 3/8" threads and come with a 30mm removable rubber cap. Use the spikes on softer terrain like grass or mud, or attach the rubber caps to avoid sliding on harder surfaces. Additionally, this replaces the G1220.129B3.

30mm or 38mm fit for traveler 2545?
The 30mm set of 3 short spikes and rubber feet are correct for the Gitzo Traveler GT2545T Series 2. I use the 30mm rubber feet most and have found the spikes better than any other spike/tripod combinations for Nature/high country shooting.
