Designed for a Web-optimized experience, the ASUS 10.1" C101PA-DB02 Multi-Touch 2-in-1 Chromebook Flip provides a user-friendly interface enhanced by the Internet.
This ASUS Chromebook has a 10.1" widescreen display, with a 16:10 aspect ratio and a 1280 x 800 screen resolution. The touchscreen lets you utilize the multi-touch gestures incorporated in Chrome OS. The 360° hinge also lets you turn the Chromebook Flip into a tablet.
The system is powered by a Rockchip RK3399 SoC, which features a 1.6 GHz ARM Cortez-A72 processor and an ARM Cortez-A53 quad-core processor in a big.LITTLE configuration as well as integrated ARM Mali-T860 graphics. It also has 4GB of onboard LPDDR3 RAM, 16GB of eMMC storage, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, an integrated front-facing webcam, and a built-in microphone. There are also built-in stereo speakers. For connectivity, there are two USB 3.0 Type-C ports and a USB 2.0 Type-A port. Headphones, external speakers, or a mic may also be connected using the 3.5mm headphone-out/audio-in combo jack.
Google Chrome OS is a Linux-based operating system designed by Google to work exclusively with web applications. This ASUS Chromebook Flip combines the aspects of a pure cloud client with the hardware of a traditional portable computer, which puts it in its very own class of netbook and notebook computers.
