Does the x7 come with DNG/PRORES codec or is that a upgrade still?

You have to purchase the licenses from DJI. It's $500 for ProRes, $1000 DNG, or $1300 for both.

Is there a bundle with Inspire 2? What is needed as a full kit to make it work with Inspire 2 (with RAW) and whats the cost?

At the moment there is no bundle option for the X7 with the Inspire 2 (with RAW).The DJI Inspire 2 Premium Combo with Zenmuse X5S and CinemaDNG and Apple ProRes Licenses (DJINSPIRE2PC ) is the only kit that includes RAW.

There is a misconception about the NETFLIX approved list of cameras as if it was a do or don't deal. The approved list of cameras applies ONLY to Netflix originals or in house production, not for external movies or series. Plenty of films shot on different cameras are available on Netflix. If you have a good quality feature film or documentary, you can sell it to Netflix through distributors or direct if they pick you up for production. So, NO, you don't have to buy a NETFLIX approved camera to sell a movie to NETFLIX.
