Nikon WT-3 Wireless Transmitter

Dedicated to the Nikon D200 DSLR, the WT-3 Wireless Transmitter provides wireless connectivity to the camera and also serves as a more ergonomic means for holding the camera. As a wireless transmitter, the WT-3 permits transferring imagery to a computer or printer over a wireless or Ethernet LAN, and both FTP and PTP/IP protocols are supported. This connectivity also permits remote camera control from a computer via Nikon Camera Control Pro software, and security features protect transfers and a Setup Utility enables connecting to select devices, including computers, FTP servers, and printers. As an accessory grip, the WT-3 resembles a battery grip and facilitates a more secure grip when shooting in the vertical orientation. Secondary shutter release, AF-ON, and main/sub-command dials are also featured for more intuitive camera control and the WT-3 accepts the same EN-EL3e battery as the camera body.
