Not bad at all for the price. Budget tripod… Less than many options on Amazon.

High quality!

I was surprised by the high quality, especially for the price. Very good value. The extra tall height makes it easy to use for a taller person.

Does this turn into a monopod too?

This model does not have a monopod option. A better option for that at the lower price point is the Sunpak 6601TM Tri-Monopod with 3-Way, Pan-and-Tilt Head, BH # SU6601TM. https://bhpho.to/3m2twTD
