That that we are aware of, this is designed for Camvate cages. However SmallRig does recommend Wooden Side Handle with NATO Clamp for their Z Cam E2C cage, BH #SM2187B.

How would you get this to an ursa rosette mount? what adaptors would be needed?
We are not aware an adapter that will allow this to work with a Rosette. You would instead need to look at options that are designed for use with a Rosette Connection out of the box, such as the SmallRig 1941 Right-Side Wooden Grip with ARRI Rosette, BH #SM1941.

Not that we are aware of. This handle is specifically for CAMVATE Panasonic GH Series Cages. You may want to look at SmallRig's Universal Wood Side Handle instead, B&H # SM2093. This is designed for SmallRig Cages.

Not directly since there is no left hand side ARRI rosette on the camera. However, if you have a baseplate that has a left hand ARRI rosette, and you add an extension, yes that would work. Tilta Extension Arm for Side Handles B&H # TITTE02 should work.
