I have used several versions of Adobe Acrobat Pro for business over the years. I prefer to purchase software, not to rent it on an annual basis. However, the transaction with B&H was excellent once again.

Adobe licensing frustration

I purchased this to extend an Adobe Acrobat Pro 3-year subscription I purchased from B&H in May 2022. I entered the key from this new purchase to extend my current subscription which expires in May 2025. Adobe accepted the key but created a new subscription starting immediately. I was able to open a case with Adobe. After two weeks the response was that my old plan is different than what is currently being offered. I was issued a new key. Hopefully, the new key will allow me to create a new subscription in May 2025 when my current one expires. I can think of multiple ways that Adobe could be handling this better. This is not a B&H issue, but I wanted to caution others as it would be easy to lose several months of subscription time.

No, when the subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro (Download, 1-Year Subscription) expires, the software is no longer usable.
