Leofoto has been my go-to ball head for years. The quality is spot on with higher priced ball head's but at a much better price. They are so well designed that the placement of each knob is perfect with out without gloves. The LH-55 Ball Head is the king of perfection, holding equipment without a nudge of movement. I love Leofoto so much I have each of mine displayed on my own personal website.

Ball heads I have used before this are Manfrotto and Pro Media Gear. This may be the last ball head I ever buy, as it is that good. Recently received this for attachment to my new Leofoto LN-404 tripod and look forward to putting them both to use. Recommended.

There's no "In the Box" for this. I think the head includes an Arca camera plate. Then when I put one in the cart, they ask, "do you want a camera plate?" Just enough uncertainty to make me buy a second camera plate or not buy. Can somebody confirm that I get a ball head and a plate for my $186?
