Does this remote make a "clicking noise" when pressed?
Asked by: alex
There is a slight mechanical click when any of the buttons are depressed, but not a sound through the computer. If you are running a Powerpoint presentation and hear a "clicking noise" from the computer speakers or connected AV system speakers as you advance slides with the remote, check to see if the sound is also heard when slides are advanced using the mouse or keyboard arrows. If so, please check the slide "Transitions" settings in the Powerpoint file. A "Sound" may have been set up for some or all slide changes.

What to do when it can no longer be charged after not being used for a while (warranty expired already, no help from Logitech)?
Asked by: Gary
So how/where does one replace the battery? I've discovered that most customers have this problem now (because of not having used the device for some time during covid) and the device is bricked. It's a serious (deliberate?) design flaw. If the battery can be removed and charged separately then it can be made to operate normally again.
