Godox XPro Overview

Using the 2.4 GHz Godox X wireless radio system, the XProS TTL Wireless Flash Trigger can be used to effectively and reliably trigger flashes from up to 328' away, and when used with compatible flashes and receivers users will have the added benefit of remote power control. This model is compatible with Sony's ADI / P-TTL system, including support for high-speed sync up to 1/8000 second, and offers advanced control options along with settings for working with system-specific features. For ensuring maximum reliability and control, users can set up 16 groups on one of 32 channels and can then access 99 wireless ID settings for limiting interference from other nearby systems.

In addition to basic manual and TTL control modes, other settings are available, including stroboscopic flash and second-curtain sync. Users can adjust flash exposure compensation from -3 to +3 EV as well as wirelessly control the modeling light, zoom setting, and more. For using the XProS with other camera systems there is a 2.5mm sync port that supports triggering via a wired connection. Also, a USB Type-C port is present for firmware updates and the devices run on two AA batteries for convenience.

What a game changer!

Moving my speedlight off the camera and into a position where I want the light to come from. Real easy to use (paired with a matching receiver thanks to B&H Support team) set the flash on manual and this trigger controls the rest! The best part is how many units this will control.

Very good remote trigger.

Nice Unit, Some Refinement Would Help

Have multiple Godox triggers (among other makers) and are great units with no real faults. Out-features many other triggers costing far, far, more. But, some areas that could be improved would be having BlueTooth (as in X2T and now XPro II) and a tilt ability. Checking settings on the Pro when off tripod (or on tripod with camera at eye level) requires a tilt of the camera down and back up taking eye off subject vs. just a glance up as with X2T. Ability to tilt screen in-line with base (vertical) would solve that issue - and make storage FAR more efficient as is an awkward shape in bag

Works as advertised, I am using the Canon one and like it. Had to read the manual but after that feels pretty intuitive to use.

I use this with a Godox AD200, and a Nikon SB900 with the X1R-N receiver. The controls are easy to use and I have full control over my flash units. Previously I had a less expensive trigger/receiver that worked OK. But the difference between the Godox and my older set up is like night and day for remotely controlling flash units.

Keeps breaking more frequently than it should!

The silver piece in the battery pack keeps breaking! I always have to keep buying multiple every couple months! Very annoying!
