What is the degree of coverage with the dish?, I'm looking for something with a wide and long throw of light, and, the Smaller 7" Godox reflectors have plastic diffusers that snap on, are these available for this dish?
The beauty dish will have a very wide coverage. If you want a diffuser to use with it you can use https://bhpho.to/2N5XMAV. Beauty dishes are not meant for long throw. If you want a long throw you need a narrow reflector like this one https://bhpho.to/2SVXhsy.

No, the Godox Beauty Dish Reflector would not spin. It is designed to lock into place on the light fixture, and as such, it would not spin when connected to your light fixture (though it may rotate slightly).
