When this product works, it's great. The sensitivity and customization options are great and the Control Center is intuitive and easily edited. However, I have consistent connection issues between the tablet and my Macbook Air. I use a Mokin docking station as a middle-man between the USB for the tablet and my USB-C on my Macbook Air. The connection often flutters on and off in the middle of writing things out or fails to connect at all. I've deleted and re-installed the driver multiple times and the issue persists. It may be that the docking station is overloaded, but I haven't found a way to resolve this issue.

This was a gift for my wife. She likes the tablet very much and found it was easy to set up. She is still exploring ways that the tablet can help with her workflow.

Just installed my new Wacom Intuos (small) and I ...

Just installed my new Wacom Intuos (small) and I have Catalina 10.15.7 and I get a message that says "Preferences Error" Could not load Wacom Tablet preference pane when I try to make pen or button settings. I had the same problem with the old tablet but I assumed it was just that the driver was no longer supported. What might be the issue?

Did you have the tablet plugged in during its initial driver installation? because you shouldn't have. You might also need to restart once the Wacom driver's been installed. It could also be due to the driver not being compatible w/ the OS. My suggestion is for you to do a time machine backup & bring up the OS up to date, unless your rig's too old for it. If such is the case, then update the OS up to its limit then do a search for the appropriate driver & do a clean install of the new, compatible driver.

No, unfortunately Wacom Intuos Creative Pen Tablet (Small, Black) does not contain a USB-C connection. However you can use the Pearstone USB 3.0 Type-C to USB Type-A Adapter (6") PEUSB33CA06 for adapting to USB-C.

Yes, it’s new and sealed, includes a tablet and a pen. It’s not come with CD, but with a instruction book,. Download a driver from Wacom.com,it’s clear and easy to do it. The tablet works great!

Is this big enough to easily create digital whiteboard videos?

It will honestly come down to a personal preference, the screen size is relative to the surface area of the tablet. With some practice and changing some settings, you could possibly do it but it will take some work. The medium size might be easier to use if you have never used a Wacom tablet before. I have a small size and it took me about a week to get used to it and to customize it for my specific use case.
