Great bag. Will last for years. Only downside is lack of a handle.

This bag is a bit pricey but, in my opinion, well worth the money. It is comfortable to carry is very well constructed and water resistant. My Sony a6300, 3 prime lenses, charger, extra batteries and other misc. items all fit very neatly.

Will it hold a nikon zf with a 24-200 lens?
Will it hold a nikon zf with a 24-200 lens?
The Billingham Hadley Shoulder Bag Small would be too small to hold the Nikon Zf with any lens attached.

I'm interested in using this as a lens changing bag, how many Nikon/Canon 24-70mm f2.8 sized lenses can it comfortably fit? 2 or 3?
Two lenses would fit comfortably, 3 would too but a bit tight

Will it fit Leica d lux 8
Will it fit Leica d lux 8
The Billingham Hadley Shoulder Bag Small has interior dimensions of 10.2 x 7.5 x 3.1 inches. It would fit but the dividers would need to be moved closer in order to properly secure a small camera like the D-Lux-8.

question
Will this fit a Nikon D7100 + Helios 40-2 (the dimension of helios is approx. 3.23 x 3.23 x 3.9 in. /82.0 x 82.0 x 99.0mm) and a samyang 85mm 1.4?- D7100+Helios 40-2 (mounted)- Samyang 85mm 1.4
I can't say for sure but I do own this bag and use it to carry an Olympus OM-D E-M1 with 12-40 Pro mounted. Also in the bag are 40-150 Pro zoom and a 60 macro. Check out the measurements of these individual items and compare them to your Nikon. The Nikon is a larger body but my 40-150 and 12-40 zooms are large lenses for the M 4/3's format. I love the bag because it has a small footprint and is very narrow, it's the smallest bag I've found to fit my preferred kit. If the Hadley small is too tight for you, I'd highly recommend the next larger Hadley, they're beautiful, high-quality items.

question
Can someone tell me the color Sage is that in two different shades of green? I saw the photo of sage with chocolate leather vs sage with tan leather, it does look different and I wonder if there is only one color for sage - the other looks more like British Green!!
There is only one color for sage whether the trim is chocolate or tan leather the material that is used is the same. All the best.Eric

question
Would this fit a fujifilm xt2 with 50-140mm lense and 56mm lense and 23mm lense?
there are 2 options for this set up that would be a good fit. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/218546-REG/Billingham_505201_Hadley_Pro_Shoulder_Bag.htmlhttps://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1263196-REG/billingham_bi_501601_70_s4_shoulder_bag_black.html

question
will this fit Fuji XT2, 18-55 lens and 10-24 lens, plus Nissin I40 flash with cord?
Sorry, I dont think so. Its kinda too small. I think its will fit only camera with attached lens and just one more extra lens or flash. For mine I use with canon 5D4 and 16-35 2.8L its fit only that but its great bag

question
Will this bag fit a Rolleiflex 2.8E, light meter, 10 rolls of film, grey card, phone, keys and a small wallet?
Not sure how much space file for a Rollie takes up. So the worst case is that you won't get all 10 rolls in. Also the grey card might be an issue depending on how big it is. If it's A4, that will not fit. If it's half that size, it might fit in the space between the insert that holds your camera and lenses and all, and the back of the bag. The other items should fit without any problem. I used a B-H Small bag for about a year, but then purchased the next size larger, the Pro model and wish I'd gotten that one first. It's still a reasonably sized bag, not that much larger on the outside than the Small. But it's enough larger to allow you to more comfortably carry more items and it's easier to work out of. It's also not that much more expensive. Just a thought. Both bags have served me well and I recommend Billingham-Hadley bags without hesitation. Hope that helps.
