I have the Fuji Macro lens for my GFX100SII - but it only supports 0.5x magnification - real macros are supposed to support 1x. I use this extension tube with the Macro lens and get much improved close focus and magnification - it makes the Macro lens work.

Will this extension tube work with the GF 100-200mm f/5.6?

Extension tubes are specific to a lens mount, not to any particular lens. The G extension tubes will work with any GF lens. The 100-150mm focal range covers most of the common macro range.

Yes, when using the FUJIFILM MCEX-45G WR Macro Extension Tube you will lose light but it won't be much unless you use other extension tubes with it.
