Does this work with Celestron scopes/mounts? (Specifically a NexStar SLT). In other words, can you use this instead of a Skylink module?
According to Sky-Watcher the Sky-Watcher SynScan Wi-Fi Adapter
BH #SKS30103 • MFR #S30103 will plug into the same port as the SynScan hand controller and allows you to control any Sky-Watcher SynScan mount from your smartphone running the free SynScan Pro WiFi app for Android or iOS devices. It is not compatible with Celestron.

Does it work both from any standard web browser AND from a smartphone app (iPhone & Android)?
No, the Sky-Watcher SynScan Wi-Fi Adapter does not allow for control through a web browser. This can be used with the free SynScan Pro app for Android or iOS devices, or the Windows application.
