    TRENDnet Powerline 1300 AV2 reviews

    TPL-423E2K Powerline 1300 AV2 Adapter Kit with Built-In Outlet is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Was difficult to get them to connect, but once they connect they work great I got this to get an Ethernet cord to my home theatre. When I first plugged them in as per the instructions they did not find each other. About twenty minutes of trying I decided to plug them in in the same room to see if that worked. Still didn't connect. As a last resort I performed a factory reset on them. When they came back online they connected to each other immediately without even having to perform a sync. Odd behavior but as long as it works. I then unplugged it and took it back up to my home theatre, plugged it back in and it connected just fine. It's been working for a few days now solid with zero dropouts. So I'm not sure what the initial issue was connecting them but it works fine now. Only 4 stars because of the connection issue, also the pass through plug on one unit is blocked on one prong preventing plugging something in fully. Not a big enough deal to warrant a return as I don't plan on using that feature.
