How much does this change the focal range? Is it like adding a focus tubes for macros? So if I had 28mm lens what would be the aspect after adding the adapter?
This is just a physical adapter, so there is no focal value change. It appears to be an extender because it's not very flat, but that is only because the E-Mount side is typically on a mirrorless body, which is shallower than an SLR/DSLR body form, that's all.
