What does the "aperture control dial" do when used with a manual lens? Do other, simpler adapters inhibit aperture adjustment?
Asked by: L
If the lens has an aperture ring already then you won't use the aperture ring in the FotodioX Mount Adapter with Aperture Control Dial for Pentax K-Mount AF Lens to Micro Four Thirds Camera. A manual lens that has an aperture ring that you can turn with your hand on the lens can be used on a simpler adapter that doesn't have an aperture ring in the adapter.

Can I use this with a k -mount lens that isn't an AF lens (that is, a pentax k mount camera that is fully manual)?
Asked by: Sean
FotodioX Mount Adapter with Aperture Control Dial connects Pentax K mount lenses to Olympus or Panasonic micro 4/3 mirorless camera bodies. There are no adapters to attach K-mount to K-mount and convert manual lens into an autofocus lens.
