I have a BMPCC 6K Canon EF mount and I would like ...

I have a BMPCC 6K Canon EF mount and I would like to attach a Jupiter 8 L39 Lens will this adapter work?

Ignore the other answers, this will not work! There are actual two different types of M39 mounts, one is a rangefinder mount (sometimes called L39) and has a short flange distance (much shorter than EF). Jupiter 8 has this type of mount and CANNOT be adapted to EF. The other type of M39 is an SLR mount with a much longer flange. That is what this adapter is designed for (the Helios 44 is an example of a SLR M39 mount lens). The title/description of this product is incorrect, it is not possible to adapt short flange L39/M39 to the long flange EF.
