Bought this to adapt my KMZ Helios 44-2, which is M39 mount. Fits on both the lens and Sony a7SIII, but as the adapter is so thin nothing is in focus. Needs more space between the sensor and lens. The FotodioX M42 mount I have works perfectly on my Sony, so not sure why they made this M39 adapter differently.
Tried to mount it on my A7RII after screwing my Leica Hektor 135mm lens, but it did not rotate and I dared not to force it. Very poor quality. The only adapters I trust are those by Novoflex; they mount on the camera very smoothly just like any original Sony lens.
