The plate doesn’t flex. At least not with my rig. Let’s me set up faster and make balanced adjustments. Perfectly fine addition.

No this dovetail plate is designed to be used with Tilta 15mm LWS baseplates, and will not work with Tilta 15mm Quick Release Baseplate for Sony VCT-U14 Tripod Adapter(TIBST03).
