seems fine for a 15.4w POE injector

So far they work just fine. If you don't need alot of juice (only 15.4 W) for your POE device and only need to power one device, they work fine. Says 3-yr warranty and I am not using these injectors outside in the weather. We'll see how how long they last?

Yes, you would still need a power supply. We do offer other alternatives if you are looking to just extend POE without power.
