The formfitting SmallRig 1830 Cage offers dedicated support and protection for your 7" Blackmagic Design Video Assist onboard monitor/4K recorder. This sturdy aluminum cage features top and side NATO rails and multiple 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, and ARRI-style threads for mounting accessories.
The included clamp secures your HDMI cable from accidentally detaching, and slots on both sides of the cage enable you to attach a carrying strap if desired. The 1830 Cage can be paired with the separately available 1840 Sunshade when glare protection is required.
