The lightweight 2048 Cage for Panasonic GH4/GH3 from SmallRig is a protective frame that enables the mounting of accessories to your camera. One cold shoe and multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory threads are built into the cage's top and sides, and a NATO rail is integrated into the right side.
The cage maintains access to the control buttons, compartments, connectors, and shoe interface when mounted on the camera. Threads on the cage bottom enable you to attach a separately available SmallRig rod system, offering additional options for expanding your camera rig.
