It only has a built-in top handle for carrying items, and is designed ideally for transport in another larger case while still providing protection to your gear. The smaller Lowepro Hardside CS 20 Camera Pouch, B&H # LOHSC20BK, does come with a built-in belt loop, as well as a removable shoulder strap.
