The Benro GH5C Carbon Fiber Gimbal Head with PL100LW Plate will mount on the Benro FTA19CV0 without issue. However keep in mind that tripod has a capacity of 17.6 lb and the Benro GH5C has one of 66 lbs. So don't over load the tripod, keep the total weight of camera and head under 17.6 lbs and you will be good.

Update Sept 22 2021 from an email from Benro: "We did have an issue when they first came out, but this has been rectified for over a year now" I have just purchased so we will see.
