The Polsen BCPM-1 Passive Belt Clip Personal In-Ear Monitor Amplifier does not have Bluetooth built-in but if you have Bluetooth headphones, you can use a separate Bluetooth transmitter like the Aluratek ABT01F Bluetooth Universal Audio Transmitter (B&H # ALABT01F) to enable compatibility with Bluetooth headphones.

Do you need to use a headphone amp w/ this? Or does it require phantom power?
This is a passive headphone amplifer, meaning it does not require power. Connect a cable from a monitor output of a mixing board to this device, and you can attach headphones or in-ear monitors to recieve a personal mix. The unit also has headphone volume control.
