    The quality of the rubber ring isn't as high as the one Profoto uses, but this gets the job done for less than what Profoto would charge. Be sure to measure the diameter of the insert your speed ring accepts if it's a different brand. They come in different sizes.

    Yes, the FotodioX EZ-Pro Softbox Speed Ring Insert for Profoto Compact Flash Heads would fit onto the Profoto B1X 500 AirTTL OCF Monolight. The speedring is not on display in our NYC Superstore to test on the light fixture to see how far it can be inserted, but it is designed for use with Profoto light fixtures and would properly fit on the light fixture.

    This adapter does not fit the FotoDiox mounting plate. It is too big. The adapter ring is 6" in diameter, the mounting plate is about 5 5/8'
