It is a manual focus adapter. Currently there are no AF adapters to use a Nikon lens on a Canon camera.

Yes, the Vello Lens Mount Adapter for Nikon F-Mount, G-Type Lens to Canon RF-Mount Camera would allow you to use Nikon F-mount lenses on the RED DIGITAL CINEMA KOMODO 6K Digital Cinema Camera. Do note that you will have to control the lens manually as there are no electronic contacts on the lens. You would focus manually and you can set the aperture using the clickless aperture ring built onto the lens adapter.
