I read it works on aps-c cameras with E-mount but not on fullframe. However, will it work on a Sony a7s fullframe if I use the camera in aps-c mode with x1.5 crop ?

This is the second version of the adapter which does have the USB port inside it. Our image is incorrect and we're working on correcting it.

The Viltrox EF-E II 0.71x Lens Mount Adapter for Canon EF-Mount Lens to Select Sony E-Mount Cameras would allow you to mount the Canon TS-E 17mm f/4L Tilt-Shift Lens onto a Sony E-mount camera. However, due to the ability of the lens to shift and rotate, we cannot guarantee that your particular camera will have enough clearance for the movements of the tilt-shift lens, and we do not have the ability to test each lens on each camera for full usage. As such, if the lens mount adapter does not work as needed for your planned usage, do note the lens mount adapter may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or refund.
