You will need two NP-F batteries inserted into the Viltrox VL-200T Bi-Color LED Light with LCD Display and Wireless Management for it to work.

Is there a way to reduce the brightness lower ...
Is there a way to reduce the brightness lower than 20%? Is there a diffuser that I can place over the front of the panel to reduce the light intensity? I am using this for Skype and Zoom; I'm about 30 inches from the panel.
An option you should try rather than have the panel directly pointed at you is bounce. Meaning bounce the light off the wall in front of you or the ceiling. that will help if lights you find are too bright

The description says max brightness is 1500 lumens, but the specs say 2500. Which is it ?
It looks like as you change the color temp away from 4400, the lumens decrease.

Will the included mount attach to a standard light stand or do I need another attachment?
The included mount will directly connect to a standard shoe mount or using a 1/4 20" thread... Some smaller light stands will allow you to mount the light directly on them, while some have larger ones will have larger mounting threads, thus an additional accessory would be recommended... As with any wireless set up, the maximum distance is always line of sight. Objects in the way will affect that distance. The control turns the light on and off.
