Brighten your subjects with this slim VL-200T Bi-Color LED Light with LCD Display and Wi-Fi Management from Viltrox. This soft, bi-color LED light features a high CRI of 95 for accurate color rendering, an adjustable 3300 to 5600K color temperature, 20 to 100% dimming, and a maximum brightness of 2500 lumens.
The VL-200T also features a wireless RF remote management system with six groups and nineteen channels. The included wireless remote controller allows you to control one or many lights from up to 65.6' away. It allows you to view and control color temperature, brightness, and lighting group settings.
The VL-200T features a built-in dual L-series battery plate and can also be powered by the included DC adapter. The light can last for approximately three hours on full brightness when using two 4800mAh NP-960 batteries. On its back, the bright, easy-to-read LCD screen displays the status of your battery, brightness percentage, and color temperature. Also included with the light is an adjustable shoe adapter for mounting on a camera or stand.

This product is heavy and runs hot. The remote doesn't work unless you download the app that has a low rating for navigating and use as some instructions are only in Chinese. Not bad if you have language skills but not good if you don't. The light is annoying even with adjustment as opposed to my go to light by Ican that I didn't want to travel with as I didn't want to risk damage. The Ican runs cool for hours, has a warm even LED light that is solid. Bought this Viltrox VL-200T for travel for recorded Zoom meetings but it won't travel well based on size, and weight. Missed that point as it seemed so flat it would be easy in carry on luggage. The settings seem to work fairly well but was hoping for remote use with usable app. If I hadn't purchased this just before the holidays, I would return it but the 30 day window just passed. I would not recommend this product. I have no confidence it will last very long if used for multi-hour meetings.

Can you run this light on one battery or do both need to be on the light?
You will need two NP-F batteries inserted into the Viltrox VL-200T Bi-Color LED Light with LCD Display and Wireless Management for it to work.

Is there a way to reduce the brightness lower ...
Is there a way to reduce the brightness lower than 20%? Is there a diffuser that I can place over the front of the panel to reduce the light intensity? I am using this for Skype and Zoom; I'm about 30 inches from the panel.
An option you should try rather than have the panel directly pointed at you is bounce. Meaning bounce the light off the wall in front of you or the ceiling. that will help if lights you find are too bright

It looks like as you change the color temp away from 4400, the lumens decrease.

Will the included mount attach to a standard light stand or do I need another attachment?
The included mount will directly connect to a standard shoe mount or using a 1/4 20" thread... Some smaller light stands will allow you to mount the light directly on them, while some have larger ones will have larger mounting threads, thus an additional accessory would be recommended... As with any wireless set up, the maximum distance is always line of sight. Objects in the way will affect that distance. The control turns the light on and off.
