Built for Intel Xeon E processors, the RS100-E10-PI2 Intel Xeon E Rack-Optimized 1U Server comes with an Intel C242 chipset and an LGA 1151 socket. Capable of supporting up to 64GB of DDR4 2666/2400 RAM, the server comes equipped with two internal 3.5" drive bays, two M.2 slots, and four Intel-powered Gigabit Ethernet ports. The 1U rackmount server also comes with four USB 3.0/3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports and two USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-A ports.
Intel Xeon E Processor Support
The RS100-E10-PI2 supports the Intel Xeon E processors, which operate at a maximum of 95W. It supports four memory slots that fit up to 64GB of DDR4 2666 for memory-intensive computing.
Flexible Expansion
RS100-E10-PI2 offers the performance required by demanding visual computing workloads with support for one NVIDIA graphics card, or you can utilize one PCIe Gen 3 x16 slot to expand I/O capacity. The server also fits two internal 3.5-inch HDDs and comes with an optical disc drive bay. Two M.2 slots accommodate 22110-size SSDs with support for additional OS storage and PCIe Gen 3 bandwidth.
Mini-SAS HD Connections
The RS100-E10-PI2 comes with a mini-SAS HD connector that supports up to four 6 Gb/s SATA drives. It also supports ASUS PIKE II 3000 series cards, which support 12 Gb/s SAS storage and integrated RAID data protection.
Quad Intel Gigabit Ethernet
Quad server-class Intel Ethernet ports and teaming support help to speed up network bandwidth, while the failover function helps to ensure an uninterrupted network connection. Optional ASUS PEB-series Ethernet cards are available for a networking upgrade.
Comprehensive IT Infrastructure Management
The RS100-E10-PI2 features an optional embedded iKVM module and is bundled with ASUS Control Center to provide comprehensive out-of-band and in-band management features for small and mid-size businesses. The optional ASMB9-iKVM module supports remote BIOS updates, fan control, standalone KVMs, video recording, and BSOD capture, providing around-the-clock remote monitoring and diagnostics through a user-friendly, web-based graphical interface that's designed to work with most major browsers, even if the operating system is down or offline. ASUS Control Center (ACC) is a centralized and integrated IT management platform for monitoring and controlling ASUS commercial products, including servers, workstations and digital signage. ACC enables remote BIOS updates, monitoring of multiple systems via mobile devices, and one-click software updates and dispatching, allowing easier server management for any IT infrastructure.
