Neumann EA 87 Shockmount for U 87 Microphones (Nickel)

Color-matched for visual consistency with Neumann finishes, the nickel Neumann EA 87 is a shockmount designed to hold a U 87 or U 87 Ai microphone. The spider-style elastic suspension isolates the mic from vibrations, effectively reducing low-frequency noise from rumble and footfall. The swivel mount enables easy adjustment of the mic's angle while it remains cradled in the suspension. The EA 87 is outfitted with a 5/8"-27 female thread that can be fastened to most mic stands. The included thread adapter allows it to be secured to a 1/2 or 3/8" stud.
